EXPIRED 7/20/15: OAK Fire TFR - Avoid Cajon Pass 7/18-8/1/2015

There is a TFR in effect for the area near the Oak fire in Cajon Pass.

7 nautical mile radius from 34º19'05"N, 117º30'36"W, surface to 8,000' MSL.

http://tfr.faa.gov/save_pages/detail_5_7298.html (7/20/15: NO LONGER LISTED)

We will be able to fly in the Crestline/Marshall area, just don't go west of Sugarpine Peak.

Silverwood Lake would be a good reference landmark as well.

This TFR is no longer listed even though the link to the graphic works. http://tfr.faa.gov/tfr2/list.html

I will be treating it as expired the next time I fly. Please verify the expiration for yourself and remove the warning when you have a chance so that nobody gets confused or upset when pilot(s) fly into this zone.

Thanks, Jonathan

You're right, NMERider.

It appears there's a VIP TFR in the Los Angeles area for tomorrow, 7/21/15.
