2009 CSS Toy Drive Saturday, Dec. 19th

We're having our annual toy drive on Saturday December 19. We collect unwrapped toys for all ages and add them to the nearby fire station's toy gathering efforts. The firefighters bring a truck out to the LZ and we get to interact in a non-emergency situation. We haven't seen them much this year, which is a good thing!

Toys will be collected in the LZ on Saturday from Noon until 2 PM.

Epoxy!

I got a new rotor and cups assembly for the weather station anemometer and installed them today. Last night I epoxied the cups into the snap-in brackets on the rotor. The cup I super-glued back on to the old rotor a couple of weeks ago held but one of the others came out in the last high wind event. I had put drops of super-glue on the other cup brackets, but not in the junctions.

Post your Yosemite pics here....

I created an Image Gallery for the Yosemite trip:

Dan's daughter Ashley (sp?) got some great pics with my SLR on launch... sorry about the lack of space on the card. In-air shots are screen caps from videos to come down the Pike later.

Please add your pics!
