Daniel Pedraza and I have been continuing to improve the new La Malinche launch of Tenancingo, widening it to accomodate 3 PG or HG wings at a time, planting a grass lawn, making official it's permanent legal status, and improving the access road, in preparation for a Dec.8th and 9th grand opening to visiting pilots. The site is situated directly over a house thermal that can carry one directly to well above 12,000 feet msl, with 360 degrees of cross country and landing options. Free rides and retrieval can be generally had, by Sr. Pedraza or myself, all this flying season, which will start when the afternoon rains end in late September, and continue more or less into June.
