20070218 - Groundspeed and Altitude Depictions

Making the above image inspired me to try making a cross-eyed-stereo view of my two flights. I used Google Earth, for the photo quality. The effect is rather striking. I have no idea what the optimal left-right shift between images would be. I went fairly conservative, I think.

I think the optimum angle is 6 degrees and the centers may need to be closer, too.
