Launched Crestline @ 13:22 right after Mark, Mike B & Jack. I waited a few minutes for a cycle to blow in and it did. Landed a 2-stepper @ 15:40 just 18' from the cone in a 2 MPH wind. Better than my landing long at everyday Mike's LZ and finding dog poop under my base tube. LOL. Made the mistake early on of going to Pine too low and sank out to 3,200' by Cloud. I hooked a nice thermal in front of Cloud that carried me up 3,300' behind Marshall with lots of drift. I took 8 minutes of narrated video showing my GPS thermal technique. I then moseyed over behind Billboard and broke through the inversion at 6,500' and topped out at 7,500'. Lucky save! Meanwhile Jack hit 8,600' and stayed above 8K for most of his flight. It was a beautiful November day and everyone had great flights save for Knumb Knuts who got the shaft! He's had his fair share of awesome flights so the playing field is now level. I got some nice video captured from my right sprog and hand-held too. Hopefully, I'll get in a good edit soon.

2:11 flight at 12:30 PM. I tried to catch up to Jerome who was at 8,000 over Pine but I had sunk out and didn't get to 7,250 over Pine until he was already over the back and passing Lake Silverwood. I got pretty thrashed and just used it as a training day.
