Lost Key Ring with Keys

I lost a small key ring with 4 or 5 keys Friday September 26. I believe they fell out of my pocket somewhere in the LZ or LZ parking lot. Please call me if you find them.

Sunday was beautiful. Launched Crestline about 1545. Thanks,Dave for the hang check and the wire assist!Started my run too high on the ramp, but the winds were kind to me and lifted me off the hill safely. Next time I poise on the lip, and watch the nose attitude more closely. Worked that cycle a bit on the ridge, then sank below launch. But instead of heading out immediately, I worked some opportune lift out front, and ALMOST made it back up to the ridge.

Found a pair of raybans near the toe of the training hill slope. 3 weeks ago, probably longer. I'd keep them but you know the law of sunglasses cost:lost ratio. Must be true because they look new.

I'm pretty sure I put the nosecone on my UltraSport before I launched, but it wasn't there later in the flight. I did a couple of sets of wingovers after launch, so it's possible that it came off after/during those, but the velcro was by no means worn out. I launched Crestline at 14:45 on Sunday, June 22, 08. There were a number of other pilots at launch, and I was the first to launch. None of the pilots I later asked said they had seen it. If I left it on the ground it was windy enough that it might have blown into the parking lot. Maybe some spectator kid found a funky new hat.

Lost Icom Radio in Marshall Area

Harness was too tight with cold weather jacket and extra twenty pounds of blubber. The side pocket zipper burst open. The radio fell out either walking down to launch or shortly after launching when I zipped up. I hope it was the first.

DVD's

Last summer I loaned out 3 DVD's, Performance Flying, Pura Vida, and another one I can't remember the name of. I do remember getting them back from Mark and then passing them on one evening in the LZ. I don't remember getting them back. They're probably in that special place I put them so I wouldn't forget where they are. If not and they're laying around at your place I'd love to watch them again.

Hi Guys

Yesterday I flew Marshall and what a blast. It was my first flight in California and I had a lot of fun. 60 minutes in the air, two base clouds and themals of +4.5 m/s. Thanks Rob, Wayne, Al and Jerome for show me the site.

But, I left my stuff bag and a black sweater in the LZ. If somebody found them, would you mind let me know please? I will be more than happy to pay for the S&H to send it to Houston, my new home.

Lost Airwave Wave Bags

Lost: Royal Blue (Airwave) Outer bag, white inner Airwave bag, and yellow clip strap.

While ground handling yesterday at the fly-in, Heather left the bags near the western edge of the LZ. When she went to pack up the wing after the raffle, we could not find it! Did anyone accidentally pick these up? Grab them thinking they were left behind? Mistake them for their own? The bags actually belong to High Adventure, and any help locating them is greatly appreciated!
