News sources in India report "the Lashkar-e-Toiba has shopped for over 50 sets of paragliding equipment in Europe. " and "The equipment has been bought to carry out airborne attacks using suicide bombers, government sources said Friday."

Presumably Powered Paragliders would be more effective. We may have to be ready to stress to wuffos the difference. If someone does manage to cause havoc using a PG (or HG) we may all have to scramble to keep flying sites open.

Let's hope this "intelligence" is on a par with the info about the Iraqi WMDs.
