Falcon1 For SaleI have a 170 Falcon 1 for sale. Purchased new in 1999. Only flown at Crestline/Marshall. Not sure how many hours, but it is in good shape. Pink, orchid and white. Megret Forums > Marketplace Flight > HG Welcome BackWelcome back, Jim. I don't see you listed in the USHPA database. Have you contacted Rob McKenzie about getting your rating renewed? I went to elementary schoolI went to elementary school with Joe Greblo and learned to fly gliders when he was learning about 1972 I was kinda anti establishment then and never joined the club I' m thinking of going south (Im in Northern Ca) and getting some training from him Joe was my comeback instructor tooI was gone from 1982 to 2008 and Joe was my comeback instructor and continues to guide me along as I progress. Good choice if you're in the LA area. He has a great crew as well! I'll keep an eye out for you at the Sylmar club. "kinda anti establishment"In 1972 was fashionable to be anti-establishment. Besides, who had money for stupid things like joining an organization. Greblo is a good instructor - look at me - 5 years and I'm still alive :) I am leaving today forI am leaving today for Yosemite for the weekend. I have a person who is interested in it but haven't gotten a firm commitment. I will post on this again next week. In the mean time I will keep you in mind. Megret I was disappointedMegret OOH!Nice price! I am just a little too chubby for that size wing. If that were a 195, I would be all over this deal! *nodding* Still available?Megret, If the glider is still available can you bring it out on the Wed fly fest so that we can take a look at it? My 14 year old son wants to move over from PG to HG and starts his lessons with Rob on Wed. I'll most likely need to be buying him a wing very soon if he picks it up as fast as he did the PG. Craig Great! I will bring it onGreat! (I do not want to sell a glider to someone who is not the appropriate weight or skill for the glider. May I ask your son's weight?) Megret Megret WeightMegret, He weighs 147 so will be OK on the 170. Rob is already keeping an eye open for a 170 for him, but we can verify on Wed with him. I'm more concerned about the 'Dad, it has PINK on it' that I'm sure will be coming from a proud teenage boy! But you know, it's not his money!!! I believe his lesson is at 4 also so we'll see you there. Craig |

do you still have this ?
Wonder if you would consider $500 to help an old guy back into hang gliding after a 30 year hyatus
