Elsinore 10-22Myself and another PG arrived at Edwards launch around 1:00 pm to find 2 HG's setting up. John Heiney and Mickey. It was blown out for PG's at the time. I watched as they set up a camera on Mickey's glider. He launched at 2:00 into 18 to 24 mph NNE winds. John launched about 30 min later into 17 to 21 mph. I watched as they flew around doing loops and huge wing overs and in general having a great time. I watched as launchable cycles started to happen. About 30 min later the winds died down to PG flyable. I launched and it was so amazingly smooth and bouyant. I was able to practice 50% collapses, wing overs, spirals, 360 riser twists, and a couple of good horse shoe decents. And then get right back up! All while watching these two HG's get nuts. A third HG showed up, set up and launched. He was just shy of the good stuff. He flew for a short time and we all landed about the same time. Yee Haw! It looks good for today also.
