Elsinore Sun 7-6I arrived at The E at 11:45 to find it blowing in at 5-9 mph. About 5 hangs setting up and 1 other PG getting ready. (Joe). One hang launched and sledded. Another hang launched and was working the house thermal. I watched the conditions develop as he flew. I launched at 12:30 followed soon by Joe. Ferenc showed up and set up and launched and all the other hangs launched. I worked the house thermal to 5K and went looking for better lift. I found it back over the ranches. Everybody had left the area. XC? Joe crossed the lake. I have no idea where the hangs went. I flew over to the south towers and got up over 6500' msl. I stayed in the area and flew for 3 hours. I landed at my new LZ. Nice. Right next to my house. Real nice in the air as it was real hot on the ground, so I hear. I guess I missed the hot part of the day. (he he). Sun sounds like a copy of Saturdays flying. Flew for 2 hrs and landed at the Oak tree at 2pm. Nice landing as wind was blowing off the mountain early. Got to 6500 and had another pilot report of 7100. Eric flew almost all the way to Saddleback and back. I tried, but couldn't get the one thermal to bust out with. Squeaked back to Elsinore low and got up over the lake front and stayed until everyone had landed.
