Elsinore Apr 25I arrived at launch at 12:30 to find a hang pilot in the air going up fast. I got ready and 2 more hangs launched. (one sledded). I had to work hard the first 20 min then, boing. Right up to 7K. I topped out just under 8K. The others got 8500' msl. Bumpy ride today. One hang went east of the 215 freeway and the other flew FOUR hours. One PG flew for a couple of hours and top landed the Edwards launch. Hard to get down. I went to the 15 freeway and back and north past Los Pinos and hung out over the lake for a while. Every time I got near the LZ I went up to 7K. I finally found some 1100 fpm sink back in Edwards bowl and cored that to get down. I got 3 hours but E-Team Jack got 4 hours on his hang. Good job Jack. Super Day At Elsinore
Launched at 12:30 landed at 4:30. Could have remained up at least another hour. Talon flew the best it's ever flown. Missed the house thermal just off of launch and went to the first rock pile. Nice thermal got me about 1000 above. Went down to the ranches to early

and got hammered. Came back to the E really low. Sunk out down the spine. As I got to the E the wing pitched up hard to the left.
The Tuck zone was working big time. Circled around and reentered the tuck zone and boom straight up and away. Air was bumpy until you got above 6000. Then it was smooth as silk. Spent most of the
afternoon between 6500 and 8500. Flew from school bus ridge to
south of the towers. Almost went to the beach by accident. Got caught deep behind launch and the talon just wasn't penetrating.
Said a few oops! 3:30 climbed 8000 over the lake and flew over to the 15 and back. Saw Everyday well below me over the middle of the Lake working his butt off to get back to the west side of lake.
Very impressive flying. Also got High with Mike Quinn. He flew 3/4 of the way to Saddleback. He also was almost forced to the beach. Spike got high early crossed the lake got low over cottonwood. Stuck it out and got back up. Flew his sport2 to
the 215 where he landed. Sweet young thing stopped to see if she could provide any assistance. Spike was oxygen deprived and
declined assist. Talon has given me 10 1/2 hrs in last 3 flights. Awesome.
