Superfly Ground School

On Wed the 21st. at 7:00 PM, we will host an informative evening
session on several subjects. These sessions are free of charge and
will happen every few weeks. We will make an effort to have guest
speakers like Super Fly Team pilots and national champions Bill
Bellcourt and Matt Dadam.

This is a chance to learn more about things like:

-speed system use(free adjustment)
-reserve use(free reserve check)
-airspace
-thermalling
-cross-country
-flying the POM
-maneuvers
-staying out of trouble
-paramotoring
-p3 and p4 subjects(and the opportunity to upgrade your rating)
-towing
-tree rescue
-becoming a tandem pilot
-etc.

We will identify a few subjects beforehand so that you will know
what will be discussed but will also field questions on any and all
subjects pertaining to flying paragliders.

EVERYONE is invited. If you are an advanced pilot or an instructor,
please come and contribute. If you are interested in becoming an
instructor or a tandem pilot, please come and make a start. Time
spent helping with theses sessions can be logged toward achieving
your instructor rating.

Because they are timely subjects, we will talk about 1) reserve use
2) avoiding blow back 3) Springtime
weather. We will make time for questions on any subject.
We will also be showing(large screen) the new Maneuvers DVD made by
the O'Connors in CA.
