new trail to the 750hey gang, looks like flying tomorrow (saturday) is going to be a no go. i'm planning on heading to the lz before the club meeting to work on a new trail to the 750. anybody care to join me? i'll be at the lz at 1:00 (join me then, or anytime after if you'd like) and we'll blaze a new trail through the ranch and on up to the 750 launch. what could be more fun?! see you there! owen Forums > Events & Site Projects yes and noever since len and i bought the ranch, we thought it would be cool to create a shortcut to the 750. via testes is a much grander concept that hatched out of john wright's brain in october of 2009. yeah but......You just now replied to Mike's question from 2006 -Dave i noticed...a typo in my 2006 response to mike, so i edited that response, which then (to my surprise) bumped this thread back to the top of the stack. sorry about the confusion! ConfusionDon't worry Owen you're not responsible for my confusion... it's naturally occurring. since it's up hereAs it stands, We are happy not to have a trail to the 750 to keep the strays from descending on the ranch from on high. There's a chance Bobby Vega's forest service cleanup crew would cut such a trail, but we'd have to consider it carefully. We have no plans at this time to extend Via Testes that direction. |
