Convergence at Marshall-Crestline Friday 6-16?

The NWS is saying northeast winds 15 MPH Thursday evening into Friday morning in the Crestline forecast. For San Berdoo they're saying northwest in the afternoon Friday.

I'll bet a mid-day launch from Marshall at the right time could just go up and up and up, perhaps with a shear line to work. Timing will be everything.

looks more like saturday. 10K todays forecast for saturday. xc from crestline anyone?

And pretty blustery here in Berdoo Friday AM.

Still might be pretty good if you could sit on Marshall and wait it out. If anyone does, tell us about it ;)
