I whant to visit you

Hi everybody.

I am a traveler from Canada an I plan to visit your region this summer.

I like to know Who I sould consult to prepare my visit ? Is there somebody I can write to validate my paper ? Is there somebody I can call when I arrive to verify the weather condition and to know where we meet. All those thing we need to know to repect the rules and the people at the local site we visit.
