Elections are coming up again. Anyone willing to accept any of the CSS offices are encouraged to contact me at by Jan 20th 2007 at the latest. Ballots will be mailed out by the end of January. Most years we see only a single name on the ballot for each office. Who knows, maybe one of these years we'll actually see a couple names to choose from on a ballot. Any CSS member who has been a member for at least 6 months is allowed to run for any office. Offices available are...
President,
Vice President
Secretary,
Treasurer,
Editor / Web Master,
Site Coordinator,
Activities Director.

For the most part, I believe that current officers are doing the jobs to help the CSS, knowing that nobody else is willing and able to handle the jobs. Specifically, our current activities director would like to vacate the job if a willing replacment is found. But having a surplus of volunteers would not be a bad thing.
