Attendees: Mike Zeller, Rob McKenzie, Ken Howells, Allen Crouse, Dusty Rhodes, Brent and Kim Floyd
Called to order by Rob McKenzie at 5:35pm
Motion by Dusty Rhodes, seconded by Mike Zeller: CSS will file a grant request with the USHGF for up to 50% reimbursement for a tractor for grading and maintenance costing up to $18,000.
Motion passed unanimously.
Motion by Allen Crouse and seconded by Ken Howells: CSS Treasurer is authorized to make temporary investments of funds in interest earning accounts or financial instruments.
Motion passed unanimously.
Motion to adjourn at 6:00PM by Ken Howells, seconded by Dusty Rhodes.
