Awesome flying. Kissed the clouds several times, got really cold,
Serious wire snaps. My max altitude was 7350 approximately 200ft above clouds. Everyday Mike managed 7400. Lost sight of him
when he got under a pretty sweet cumi. Took off around noon. Back flag had been waffleing down. Launch flag died once then reinstated. Good launch caught the house thermal and never looked back. About 2:15 decided to land, but shear was in the middle of LZ, so I thermaled up over the lake and boated around until the LZ

Introducing flight to someone that has never experienced it in any form at all is the most wonderful of wonderful experiences.
I took Paul to the Pepper Ave sand dunes today for his first ever encounter with flight- he'd never been airborne at all, not by airline, nor Cessna, nor hot-air balloon.
But he flew. And at the end of the day he flew quite well.
He's stoked. And I'm overjoyed, such a wonderful gift I have, to be able to give the gift of flight.

I understand there's gonna be a glide angle contest at AJLZ on the 14th of July. High Adventure will provide Falcon gliders in 3 sizes.
I hope there will be some interest in using other gliders.
Any of you hot dogs wanna take on Crash and his Sensor 510? I'll bet ya a buck I can glide furthur than you and your pos.
