2:30 or so Stan launched and didn't really inspire and disappeared headed to 500ft below billboard. Then he popped up- looked like 750fpm so everyone else launched. Followed Owen to the E until he kept going and then tried to follow 2Jeffs to Cajon but chickened-out after Jeff O climbed through me. Dan had a SMOOTH tandem with Kyle's mom. Beardsley and passenger had to land on his wheels when a thermal pulled the wind from the N.

Fly April Fools Day... no joke

A bit of client work in Palm Desert will have paid the bills for the day by noon.

If anyone wants a ride to Crestline, I'll be leaving the LZ about 1. Mind you, someone onboard will have to be a passenger that can give me a retrieve, else it's a trip to the 750. Ha.

I'm shying away from Marshall road these days, because Gary Powell isn't around to repair my transmission oil pan. I can do
